• Kerala: 2–4 business days
• South India: 3–6 business days
• Rest of India: 5–8 business days

3. Shipping Charges

• Shipping charges are calculated at checkout depending on your location and total order weight.
• Free delivery may be available during offers or specific product promotions.

4. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link through SMS or email.
• You can track your shipment anytime via the courier’s tracking page.

5. Incorrect Address / Delivery Failure

• If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery may fail or get delayed.
• Additional re-delivery charges may apply in such cases.

6. Damaged, Leaked, or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Share photos/videos of the product and packaging.
